# Cloud Accounts

A **Cloud Account** is a single AWS account, GCP project, or Azure subscription. Most Cloud Accounts you see in this list are discovered automatically from a Cloud Organization connection, but you can also add single accounts directly.

### Where to find it

Administration → **Connections** → **Cloud Accounts** in the left sidebar.

URL: `https://app.heeler.com/administration/connections/cloud_accounts`

### Quick start

[See Cloud Setup documentation](/getting-started/cloud-setup.md).

### Reference

#### Table columns

| Column           | Description                                           |
| ---------------- | ----------------------------------------------------- |
| **Account Name** | The display name of the account/project/subscription. |
| **Identifier**   | Provider-side ID (e.g., 12-digit AWS account ID).     |
| **Health**       | Connection status.                                    |

#### Actions

* **Add Cloud Account** — start a stand-alone connection.
* Clicking a row opens detail including discovered resources, event-collection status, and the option to disconnect.

### When to use this vs Cloud Organizations

* **Single account / proof-of-concept** → Cloud Accounts is an option.
* **Many accounts under one org** → use Cloud Organizations instead; new accounts onboard automatically.
